1989

The Beginning

Our founder, Mr. Attam Ostwal, entered the pharmaceutical industry by establishing his own manufacturing unit, M/s. Elegant Drugs Pvt. Ltd. He also served as the Executive Director of a WHO-GMP-certified manufacturing facility, gaining extensive expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, government procurement, and institutional healthcare. With more than 37 years of industry experience, his knowledge and leadership continue to form the foundation of our business.

1995

Regional Expansion

Expanded our pharmaceutical liaison and government procurement activities across Karnataka, building strong institutional relationships and a well-established network within the healthcare ecosystem.

1999

First GMS Partnership

Successfully facilitated our first major tender with the Government Medical Stores (GMS), now known as the Karnataka State Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (KSMSCL), marking an important milestone in our journey and strengthening our presence in government procurement.
